Yes, all garages in our network are fully insured, and all our mechanics are highly qualified to work on your vehicle.
Your car will be safe in our service center. However, if you urgently need your vehicle and it is safe to drive, we will return it to you while waiting for the spare parts to arrive. When they arrive, we can pick up your car and return it to the same service center to complete all repairs. Additionally, you can check with one of our consultants if a temporary vehicle can be provided.
You pay for the service package online at the time of booking. Any parts or additional work can be paid for after the work is completed and your car is ready for delivery.
Parts are not included in the online service packages. We will provide you with parts from original equipment manufacturers, aftermarket parts, and genuine parts at commercial prices, or you can provide your own parts. We give you the freedom to choose your own components.
The prices for services listed online cover only labor costs. During booking, you will have two options: use my parts or purchase parts from ServiceMyCar. Our consultant will always call you and inform you of the prices for parts and labor if we discover any issues with your vehicle. Additional work will only be performed after your approval.
Regular vehicle maintenance is essential for ensuring the safety, reliability, and longevity of your car. The frequency of servicing typically depends on the manufacturer's recommendations, the age of the vehicle, and your driving habits. Most modern vehicles are equipped with maintenance reminder monitors that alert the owner when servicing is due. Generally, it is recommended to service your vehicle at least once a year or every 10,000–15,000 miles, whichever comes first. However, for those who drive more frequently or under harsh conditions, more frequent servicing may be needed to keep the vehicle in optimal condition. Always refer to your vehicle’s owner manual or a professional mechanic to determine the appropriate maintenance schedule for your specific car model.
